No me gusta la navidad, pero es o no significa que no la disfrute (aunque sea a fuerza). Este año no he recibido los típicos chistes del Grinch ni Scroodge así que... quizás todo va suficientemente desapercibido.
Un año más a la cuenta del calendario y para no perder la tradición, sigue habiendo guerras e injusticias. ¿Viviremos felices y tranquilos este 2008? seguro que sí. Por ahora me preocupa más tener una sangrienta navidad ... otra vez

All Those Years Ago es la canción que, junto con Ringo, compuso George (Harrison) en honor a John Lennon quien murió un 8 de diciembre (1981). Esta canción salió en el disco Somewheree in England de George (como solista); para grabarla participaron Ringo Starr en la batería y Paul y Linda McCartney acompañando la voz de George.
Yo no había nacido cuando murió John, ni cuando salió esta canción, así que no me imagino el shock que habrá sido para el mundo Beatlero y Lennonero, pero sin duda sigue siendo un día que trae consigo cierto sentimiento de desolación, aún para quienes no vivimos aquel fatídico día.
